Tony Bourne. I’m from Oregon and I want you to know that JPJ Technologies is the School of Synthetic Rock. I got more than I could have expected out of this course and I think you’d do the same too. I’ve been in the business for a few years now and I learned a lot. So even if you’ve been around, you haven’t had any experience come down here and check it out.
Tom, I’m from Eugene, Oregon. I purchased the JPJ Technologies a month ago and I wasn’t too sure what to expect. I’m really impressed with the marketing. I didn’t expect that. I was just expecting a show-all of how to make a rock, not the difference of selling yourself and that’s really made a huge difference in the concept of everything. It’s not just making rock that makes a difference; it’s more of how to sell yourself too.
My name’s Clancy. I’ve come down for the rock course. It’s definitely money well spent. I learned everything I wanted to learn about these rocks. I definitely recommend someone taking this course.
I thought I knew pretty much everything about concrete. I’ve worked on bridges for 12 years and worked with latex, all different types of concrete and this has been an experience. JPJ has given me a whole new realm of thinking about what you can actually do with cement. It’s a great class and it’s a real eye opener. There are a lot of things that you can do that people don’t even realize.
I’m from Vancouver, Canada. I just wanted to say that I was very happy with JPJ Technologies and I came down wanting to learn one certain technique and now I’m coming away with about ten so it’s a win win situation and I’ve learned a lot. You know myself, I’m a do it yourself first timer, but anyone that’s done it before and has a business out of it I recommend it too because there’s lots of guys here and they’re learning a ton too as well.
I’ve been working with JPJ Technologies for the last year or so. I got the cds. Immediately took the time to go through them. My first project was for a home show. It worked great. Anytime we’ve had any technical difficulties, I’ve been able to get a hold of Jim. It’s worked really well. I though I had a good handle on things, found a few problems coming here. The three days I’ve spent here have been awesome. I’ve learned where I’ve made the mistakes and I highly recommend coming to this school. It’s just a great chance to do it right.

My name is Gary Harger from north Idaho and I’m a general building contractor up there and we build homes, draw and design and all the rest and I took this class from JPJ to learn how to do water features to kind of add to our homes and the rest. I’ve learned a great deal on how to build boulders from the ground up. We’re learning how to color them right now and they’re starting to come alive and look like boulders.
I took the JPJ course to further my artistic abilities. I want to add a little bit to my sculpture and add the stone look to my steel and I’ve gotten a lot of good information and I hope to go away and get some real good use out of it.
Brett Letendre. Mount Shasta, California. I’ve been wanting to learn these techniques for a long time, ever since I was a little kid. I found JPJ Technologies on the Internet. I called up, had lots of questions about the class, about what they taught and every single one of them was answered. This is the third day we’ve been here and I’ve learned a lot of techniques including sales and marketing. It has been very professional, good job, good hands on course and I really enjoyed it.
I’ve been looking for about a year, two years to get into a little more of a different side job of my own. I’ve gone to several different schools. When I saw this school, I saw the fact that you can learn techniques rather than buying products. That’s why I like the JPJ class they had here. It’s not pushing there products, but pushing methods. That’s what I like.
I’m Harry Meglan. I’m from California. I took JPJ classes. If you’re looking for a new line of work, it’s the thing to do. You can learn in three days how to install these things and pretty much perfect it probably after you watch all of the videos.
Everything was clear and concise. Everything from the DVDs to all the way through the one on one course, the hands on course, it was very information packed. In fact, I’m hoping to go home and review the DVDs to clarify even more of what I’ve gotten during the course.
You know all the different methods of texture, you learned how to use skins and create skins, the molds, and you know, even using fossils, and ferns, and bags and all types of texturing and coloring. I’m amazed at the amount of colors that you use in coloring. I think that we’re going to be using thirteen or fourteen colors where I believe our sixth or seventh one is really staring to look like rock and like stone now.
My main concern was texturing and coloring and that’s what I came down for. I believe that I’ve learned quite a bit here and it will help me as I go back learn more on my own.
It has been an experience. The marketing I think was more profound that anything. I’ve been in business for quite a while and you can always pick up on the itsy bitsy pieces in there and JPJ has really made a profound impact.
You really can’t beat it. The techniques that you learn here you can take back in the real world and recoup your investment many times over.
Yeah, we did invest money. I brought my foreman with me and the three day class and in that from eight to five and I think we’ve learned a great deal. We can take what we’ve learned here and go back home and add some features to our houses and just do a lot of great things and get a great return on our money. I’m confident of that.
Fredell Enterprises. We’re landscape contractors from Colorado Springs. JPJ Technologies is the one I contacted to learn about the faux rock installations and all. We felt that they were very professional, and did a real good job, they opened our eyes on a lot of techniques. Well, well worth the tuition.
I really didn’t have the money to come down here and it’s important that I earn that money back in the future. I think that what I’ve learned here will help me to earn that money back as I go through the coming months.
I should have done this a long time ago and I should have been paying like three thousand dollars with no problem at all for just what I learned here. The technology is great, but the technology with the marketing is better. So you don’t feel like you’re put out in the cold. You feel like, well, I feel like I came out with an understanding quite a bit more of what I had before. It’s made a big difference in the way perceive things now. I don’t try to sell my jobs at just what everybody else is selling, I want to sell them at the highest possible markup I can and make the greatest possible impact on my life. So I don’t have to work so damn hard.
You always have the staff there at JPJ that you can call on to answer any questions that you have. They’ve been very good about that.
